Busan University of Foreign Studies (President Chang Soon-heung) along the Organizing Committee for the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals Busan 2024 (Co-presidents Park Heong-joon and Ryu Seung-min), signed a business agreement (MOU) to ensure the successful hosting of the tournament. The agreement ceremony took place on the morning of 12 October in the corporate conference room at the university's headquarters, with officials from both parties in attendance.

As part of this agreement, Busan University of Foreign Studies pledged its support by providing 150 volunteers responsible for protocol, athlete assistance, and interpretation services for the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals Busan 2024. At the signing ceremony, seven key individuals represented the university, including President Chang Soon-heung, Vice President Kwon Oh-kyung, and Social Contribution Center Director Kwon Yuria. Alongside them were six members of the Organizing Committee, including Executive Chairman Hyun Jung-hwa, Secretary-General Kim Taek-soo, and Deputy Secretary-General Ahn Kook-hee. Secretary-General Kim Taek-soo, standing in for the Co-presidents due to scheduling conflicts, signed the agreement on behalf of the Organizing Committee.
